These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and RudiandBear Limited.

Our registered office is RudiandBear LTD, Unit 18 Clear Space, Bude/Stratton Business Park, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 8LY.

All wholesale orders placed through this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect. Last changed: 21.05.2020

• All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£), and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery charges which are added to your order at checkout.

• All payments are to be made at the end of the order process. We do not currently offer credit accounts.

• Although we try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

• All claims for damages must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of goods.

• In case of non delivery of goods this must be reported to us within 7 days of the date of your shipment notification. Failure to notify us within this period will prevent us from claiming compensation from the carriers.

• No goods are to be returned without prior agreement, please email [email protected] with any issues.

• Prices are subject to fluctuations. Items may be discontinued and prices may vary from time to time.

• No cancellation will be accepted by the company unless we receive notification within 24 hours of the order being placed.

• The Title in goods shall pass to the customer when payment has been made and goods have been delivered.

• Items cannot be listed on 3rd party selling sites. This includes, but is not limited to, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Amazon, Not On The High Street.

• Selling prices must not be lower than our recommended RRP. Details of this can be found on the selling page of each item. (Custom Neds are excluded from this.)

• Whilst every effort is made to send complete orders we reserve the right to make part deliveries.

• Customer information will be stored by the Company for monitoring and administration purposes.

• When accepting our terms and conditions you will be added to our Ned Wholesale marketing list. You can opt-out of this at any time by contacting the Office or clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of one of our e-mails.
