Unfortunately we are not shipping to the EU at the present time but are working towards being able to provide this service again in the future!

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault we cannot rectify upon receipt of the returned item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will do our best to put this right.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must arrive back in original packaging and unused.
