Can I customise a Ned?

You will find a large selection of Neds in our personalised section; You can add names, dates or words to these Neds.

If you want a fully bespoke Ned, we can work together to produce the Ned of your dreams. Please head to the Custom Slots section of the website for more information.

Can I combine orders to save on postage?

Yes, either email us at [email protected] or message us on one of our social pages with your order numbers.

How come some Neds are suitable from birth and others are 3+?

Any Ned with an accessory, such as the lion or super Ned, are tested for over three years due to the attached parts. All of our plain/painted Neds are suitable from birth.

Why is Ned, called Ned?

There is no real exciting reason to why Ned is called Ned. When I was trying to think of a name, I wanted something completely random and something that would stick in your mind! This is how Ned came about, the first name to pop into my head and it stuck!

I ordered using 24 hour Tracked but have yet to receive a dispatch email, where is my order?

We have a standard 3-5 working day turn around. Most of our products are hand painted to order so to make sure these are perfect for you, we allow 3-5 working days. Your order will be posted using the 24 hour Tracked service and should arrive to you the following day. If you haven’t received your order in this time, please do email us at [email protected]
