We hope you love your Rudi & Bear package as much as we loved making it - but if you have any problems, here's everything you need to know.
Returns
How long do I have to return the item?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Please note that, as our personalised products are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty. However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
We take great care to ensure every Rudi and Bear product meets our quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't quite right, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received and processed your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
