Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer free next day shipping on all UK orders over £50.
For UK orders under £50, next-day delivery is available for £3.99.
International shipping rates are:
- EU: £7.99
- USA & Canada: £11.99
- Rest of the World: £14.99
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For our standard, non-personalised products, orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days.
For personalised items, please allow an additional 3 working days for us to carefully create and prepare your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, you'll receive confirmation and tracking details (where available) so you can follow your order's journey to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide so customers around the globe can enjoy Rudi and Bear.

Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Simply click the tracking link in the email to follow your order's journey. If you haven't received your tracking details or need any assistance, please get in touch with our customer support team and we'll be happy to help.
Returns
How long do I have to return the item?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Please note that, as our personalised products are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty. However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
We take great care to ensure every Rudi and Bear product meets our quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't quite right, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received and processed your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven't received your refund after this time, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.
Inventory
Item is out of stock. How long will it be to get restocked?
We work hard to keep our most popular products in stock, but occasionally items may sell out faster than expected.
Restock times can vary depending on the product, but we aim to replenish stock as quickly as possible. If an item you're interested in is currently unavailable, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to provide an estimated restock date.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify payments to manage our transactions alongside PayPal.
