Has your Ned developed a wobbly head? Has an unfortunate mishap left them missing a limb? Don't worry – our String Replacement service is here to help!

We'll give your Ned a full restring, restoring their movement and helping them feel spritely once again. As part of this service, your Ned will also receive a complimentary re-wax to leave them looking refreshed and ready for their next adventure.

Please note you will need to cover the cost of sending your Ned to us.

Once your Ned has been received and the treatment completed, we will return them to you free of charge.

We aim to complete and return all String Replacement bookings within 1–2 weeks of receipt.
